When the circus is in Castle Key, a trapeze artist is injured in a fall, Scott, Jack and Emily find themselves drawn into a maze of secrets and lies. Why are there suddenly so many accidents? Is a cursed jewel really to blame? And will Drift the dog ever be reunited with his new love, Mimi the circus poodle? I love this book, and I recommend it to anybody that is reading this. Some people say that the Helen Moss, Adventure Island series is like Famous Five, except more modern.

I would definatly recommend these books as they are exciting and funny.It is slightly odd, as a friend sort of likes Scott, sort of doesn’t. She likes him because he loves football, but hates him because he supports Chelsea! My favourite character is Jack because he is really funny. Now I think of it maybe I should write a review on Helen Moss……..
