There was no milk in the fridge for breakfast, there was only orange juice.

Mum had gone off to a conference , so it was just Dad to look after the kids. So Dad went off to the corner shop to re-stock in milk, but on the way a UFO flew over and sucked him up through their tractor beam!! And right there on that very street, at that vey time, an adventure starts. . .

This is a great addition to my Neil Gaiman collection, ( only one at that time, Coraline.)  it is funny, weird, cool, funny, weird, cool, and so on.
