Ada Goth is off to the World Frock Day Ball, with Lady George. The World Frock Day Ball is in Brighton, the ball is where the most fashionable people show of their dresses and suits. It is in a palace owned by The Prince Regent. Ada needs to buy a dress in Brighton, she see this old carriage kind of thing, so she decides to have a peep in. The woman who owns it pulls her in, and forces her to put on a sea smock. But her old clothes had the money in!! Now Ada has lost the money that her daddy gave to her, so she can’t buy a dress!! She needs to find some way of getting a dress to go to the ball…

I loved this great book because A- It is really exciting and B- It has really great characters, well done Mr Riddell!!goth girl
