This is perhaps one of the best books I have ever read. As soon as I had read it I had  immediantly wanted to read it again.

All the way through I was on the edge of my seat and in a whole other world. A world of mystery and uncertainty. This is a must read!

It is about a boy in a freak show where people come and pay to see him and jeer at him. He is a boy, covered in hair, raised as a monster , condemed to life in a travelling freak show. A boy with an extrodinary power of observation and detection.

A boy acused of murder; on the run; hungry for the truth.

It is extremely hard to explain as it is such a great and inventive story.

Wild boy discovers the murder and teams up with his rival; Clarissa.

Who comitted the murder and why did they do it? Perhaps to get a machine. But what can it do and why?
