He saw a big tank, rolling towards him. A weird monster with sagging cheeks lumbered out of the scrap metal machine. Before he saw the tank, a hamster in a toga ran up to him. Bob, Verity, Zola and Alfie are on a quest to retrieve the Star Jewel! Will they succeed? I have no idea, you’ll have to read the book!
I loved this book, because it was really funny, and it was well written. I love the illustrations also, Jim Field and Steve Cole did a great job 🙂
Steve Cole will be at the ChipLitFest in April. So will I! And I’ll be interviewing him. 😉
