Magic is spreading, like a disease. Normal people developing destructive powers, it’s a real problem. And today, Valkyrie and Skulduggery are going to have to stop them, and find the operon who is supplying these powers, and stop them too. While back in the Sanctuary, they are receiving threats from other Sanctuaries, around the world, that if they don’t do something about the magic problem, they would be taken over by the ‘Supreme Council’.
