Last year, I reported for a festival, called ChipLitFest. ChipLitFest (Chipping Norton Literary Festival) is a literary festival (as the name suggests) based in Chipping Norton (the name also suggests this). Chipping Norton is in Oxfordshire. Chipping Norton is a very small market town. When we first got there we thought it would take about half an hour to get from one end to the other, but it took about 2 minutes on foot!
ChipLitFest had a whole range of amazing authors, some of them are: Joanna Nadin, John Dougherty, Jo Cotterill, Atinuke, Cathy Brett, Paul Stickland, Steve Cole, Sarwat Chadda, Teresa Heapy and Sue Heap. I reported on Jo Cotterill’s, John Dougherty’s, Steve Cole’s, Sarwat Chadda’s and Joanna Nadin’s.
So, I reported with the lovely Pheebs!
I have written some reviews – Stop Those Monsters by Steve Cole and Stinkbomb and Ketchup-Face and the Bees of Stupidity by John Dougherty. I also did an interview with Steve Cole, and Pheebs and I interviewed each other.
A huge thanks to Jo and John for a really fun weekend up in Chipping Norton!
