Percy Jackson and the Greek Gods is a brilliant book with loads of great Greek stories. It is told by a modern day demigod, half god half human, called Percy Jackson.

This (in my opinion) makes it a better read as it adds some extra humour which isn’t in the regular mythology stories. It is one of my favourite books and I have read it a total of 3 times!

Percy Jackson and the Greek Heroes is also an amazing book. As the name would suggest it is the same as Percy Jackson and the Greek Gods apart from the fact it’s about Greek heroes instead of gods. Want to know who Psyche is, want to know how the Minotaur came to be, well this book has all the answers. I have also read this outstanding book 3 times.

After you read these books, you should also try some of Rick Riordan other books: the Percy Jackson series, the Heroes of Olympus series, the Kane chronicles, trials of Apollo and last but not least the Magnus Chase series. I hope you enjoy these books as much as I did.
