Peter is a normal boy, until he is hit by a car.  Waking up to full consciousness, he finds himself transformed into a sleek white cat. Unfortunately, the housekeeper (otherwise known as “Scotch Nanny”) hates cats, and he ends up on the busy streets of London. After a fight with the toughest cat in the nabourhood, he is rescued by Jennie Bauldren, a stray cat, who teaches him how to live as a stray cat in London. She teaches him to use his senses and never to trust humans. They go to Scotland and have an adventure or two.

Was it a dream or was it real?

This book is FANTASTIC!!!!!! because a lot of things happen quickly. I enjoyed reading it and am now reading a book by the same author (“Thomasina”).
