The International Movement for the Safety and Protection Of Our Kids and Youth (IMSPOOKY) that eleven-year-old Seymour Hope cannot live in Spence Mansion at 43 Old Cemetery Road without the benfit of parents according to Dick Tater (Owner and Leader of IMSPOOKY). The current owner of the Spence Mansion Ignatius B. Grumply tries to explain to Mr.Tater that he, Seymour, and Olive C. Spence are very happy in the Mansion. Dick Tater doesn’t really care, so he commits Grumply to an insane asylum, sends Seymour to an orphanage, and a plan to exhume Olive’s body.
